( 6 months ago) · Nov 21,2012 → 5 notesNo doubt he’d think I’m insane. My reasoning is simple. If you wont drink a bottle of Clorox why do you put it in the water supply of the city? He’d then throw out some propaganda about how it’s in such small levels that it’s insignificant. Well Mr. Mayor, if you wont drink it in an undiluted form…
This post is embarrassing, I would like to ask your reasoning behind trying to get the mayor to drink Clorox, what is your point. Have you done any research about this topic?
First off I’d like to state that there are many chemicals within our water supply- that’s all over Canada.
I’m interested to know if you have done any research on the LD50’s which inform you of the allowable toxicity. Have you researched the regulations put forth by the Canadian government? How about the maximum concentration in ppb (Parts Per Billion).
I would also like to add that although in the water system it may not be found as Sodium Hypochlorite the individual chemicals can. Our water is abundant with Fluorine, Chlorine, Phosphorous, Nitrogen, etc.
